Terms of Sale and Use
These terms apply when you visit SeoulSheets, buy the spreadsheet, or use any content provided by Topundred Inc..
1. Operator
SeoulSheets is operated by Topundred Inc., a company registered in the Republic of Korea. In these terms, "SeoulSheets," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Topundred Inc. and the SeoulSheets product and website.
2. Product
SeoulSheets is a curated Seoul and Korea travel database delivered as a downloadable .xlsx. It includes researched entries, recommendations, planning notes, filters, and external links intended for personal trip planning. It is not a blank worksheet, travel agency, booking platform, tour operator, or emergency service.
3. Payment and Checkout
Purchases may be processed through Lemon Squeezy or another third-party checkout provider. The checkout provider may collect payment details, calculate applicable taxes, issue receipts, and apply its own checkout terms and policies. If pricing, taxes, currency, or payment details shown in checkout differ from the website, the checkout display controls for that purchase.
4. Digital Delivery and Refunds
After successful payment, you should receive access to the digital spreadsheet through the checkout flow, receipt email, or another delivery email. Because this is a digital product that can be accessed immediately, sales are generally final once access is delivered. We will review refund requests required by law, duplicate purchases, or technical issues that prevent access and cannot be reasonably resolved.
5. Personal License
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the spreadsheet for your own trip planning. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, publish, copy into a public database, or package the spreadsheet as your own product. Travel advisors, agencies, publishers, and other commercial users should contact us before using the spreadsheet for clients or business purposes.
6. Informational Use
The spreadsheet is provided for general travel information. Seoul changes quickly, so hours, prices, transit rules, availability, closures, and business details can change. Always verify critical details before booking, paying, traveling, eating, or relying on a listing. Dietary, allergy, medical, immigration, safety, and legal decisions should be checked with the relevant provider or authority.
7. Third-Party Services
The spreadsheet and site may reference third-party services such as map apps, booking platforms, restaurants, hotels, temples, transportation providers, and payment processors such as Lemon Squeezy. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, policies, pricing, or content.
8. Updates and Availability
We may update, revise, add, remove, or reorganize spreadsheet content at any time. Any stated update cadence is a product goal, not a guarantee. The site, checkout, download links, or third-party links may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, provider issues, or technical problems.
9. No Warranties
SeoulSheets is provided as-is. We work to keep the spreadsheet useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every listing, link, price, schedule, or travel note will be current, complete, or suitable for your trip.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SeoulSheets and Topundred Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses related to your use of the site or spreadsheet, including travel disruption, booking issues, lost reservations, changed prices, closures, or changes made by third parties.
11. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or region. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
